Terms of service
The service
Paypled provides e-money accounts, payment initiation, crypto custody, and spot exchange to verified customers. Features may vary by jurisdiction and KYB tier.
Your duties
Keep credentials and your anti-phishing code secret. Do not use Paypled for sanctioned activity, mixing services, or market manipulation. You are responsible for the accuracy of payout instructions.
Risk of assets
Fiat e-money is safeguarded. Crypto is custodied but not a deposit and is not covered by FSCS. Exchange prices move; we do not offer advice.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect beneficiary details you submit, by chain congestion, or by force majeure. Statutory rights remain.
Governing law
England and Wales. Disputes first go to our complaints team, then the FOS where eligible.
