Who we are
Paypled Ltd ('Paypled', 'we') is a fintech providing payments, crypto custody, and exchange. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and equivalent regimes.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, KYB documents), transaction metadata, device and session signals, and — if you enable it — an anti-phishing code you choose. We do not sell personal data.
Why
To perform the contract (move value), to meet AML and travel-rule duties, to keep the platform secure, and — with consent — to send product updates.
Retention
KYC and ledger records are kept for at least five years after account closure, as required by financial crime law. Marketing preferences are dropped on request.
