Paypled Ltd is an authorised electronic money institution and a registered cryptoasset business with the UK FCA. EEA services are passported via a Lithuanian EMI partner.
AML / CTF
We apply KYB, ongoing monitoring, travel-rule messaging, and wallet screening. We file SARs where required and do not notify customers of those filings.
Sanctions
OFAC, UK HMT, EU, and UN lists are screened on onboarding and on every payout. Matches freeze the instruction.
Safeguarding
Fiat relevant funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts at an authorised credit institution, daily reconciled.
